What You'll Do:
- Diagnose and repair a wide variety of domestic and import vehicles.
- Perform routine maintenance services and vehicle inspections.
- Use scan tools, testing equipment, and proven diagnostic procedures to identify vehicle concerns.
- Repair mechanical and electrical systems.
- Perform test drives and verify repairs.
- Document findings, recommendations, and repair information accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work closely with the Service Advisor and fellow technicians to provide an outstanding customer experience.
What We're Looking For:
- Automotive schooling, vocational training, ASE certifications, or previous automotive repair experience required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Experience performing automotive maintenance and repair services.
- Diagnostic experience is a plus, but not required.
- Dependable, honest, and professional.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Ability to lift approximately 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
