Dillsboro Automotive is a busy, locally owned automotive repair facility proudly serving Jackson County since 2009. We are looking for a dependable and motivated Automotive Technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, values honesty, and wants to be part of a professional team environment.

What You'll Do:

Diagnose and repair a wide variety of domestic and import vehicles.
Perform routine maintenance services and vehicle inspections.
Use scan tools, testing equipment, and proven diagnostic procedures to identify vehicle concerns.
Repair mechanical and electrical systems.
Perform test drives and verify repairs.
Document findings, recommendations, and repair information accurately.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Work closely with the Service Advisor and fellow technicians to provide an outstanding customer experience.

What We're Looking For:

Automotive schooling, vocational training, ASE certifications, or previous automotive repair experience required.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Experience performing automotive maintenance and repair services.
Diagnostic experience is a plus, but not required.
Dependable, honest, and professional.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to pass a background check.
Ability to lift approximately 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
